Choosing this construction
New pallets can be specified around consistent dimensions and construction. Their new condition does not by itself establish treatment, marking or capacity. Include those requirements when requesting a quotation, alongside any customer drawing or acceptance standard.
Consistency and drawing control
For repeat orders, use a fixed revision for deck-board arrangement, supports and entry. Agree what tolerances matter to your process. An automated line may be sensitive to details that a manually loaded operation would not notice.
A practical specification example
A factory changing carton size may need a revised deck arrangement even if its pallet footprint stays unchanged. Review the loaded pattern before reordering. Keep the old and new specification identities separate during the changeover so packaging teams pick the right pallet.
Treatment and marking for the finished packaging
Tell us where the goods are being packed and their final destination. Include collars, blocking and other raw timber used with the base. Ask for the treatment and marking requirement to be confirmed for the offered construction. Neither entry type, footprint nor new condition is proof of ISPM 15 compliance. Changes after the packaging is supplied should be referred back to the responsible provider.
Request a quotation for the actual job
Send dimensions or a drawing, quantity, cargo weight and support points, handling method and delivery postcode. Add the packing deadline and unloading arrangements. Product design, supply, price and delivery are confirmed against the enquiry. You can contact the team directly; the optional brief builder is available if you want help organising those details.
