COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you buy.

Do all wooden pallets meet ISPM 15?

No. Do not infer treatment or marking from appearance, dimensions or the fact that a pallet is new. Ask the supplier to confirm the actual packaging supplied for your export requirement. Read more

Is heat treatment the same as kiln drying?

They answer different purchasing requirements. If moisture condition matters to your cargo, specify it separately from phytosanitary treatment. Read more

Can I use a second-hand pallet for export?

Review its condition, markings and any changes or repairs. Used condition alone does not determine whether the pallet is suitable for the shipment. Read more

Does an HT mark tell me the load capacity?

No. Specify the cargo weight, support and handling conditions separately. Obtain suitability information for the actual pallet design. Read more

Can you quote for delivery to my area?

Give the team the delivery postcode, quantity, required date and unloading details. Availability, delivery access, timing and charges are confirmed with the quotation. Read more
